T.A.G.'s Ugly Sweater FUN-RAISER

Contest Rules

Event Host: Topeka Art Guild
Event Date: December 6
Entry Fee: $20 (includes admission to the party)

1. Eligibility

• Open to all ages. Minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at the event.
  
  

• One sweater entry per participant.
  
  

2. How to Enter

1. Pay the $20 entry fee online or at the Topeka Art Guild gallery.
   
   

2. Take a photo of yourself wearing your sweater:
   
   

   • At the TAG Photo Wall or
     
     

   • Anywhere festive (home, work, school event, etc.)
     
     

3. Post your photo to Facebook (and/or Instagram) using:
   
   

   • #TAGyourUglySweater
     
     

   • Tag: @TopekaArtGuild
     
     

4. Set the post to Public so we can use your photo to build your contest link.

3. Voting

• Voting is donation-based: $1 = 1 Vote.
  
  

• Votes can be cast online or in person at the event.
  
  

• Participants may encourage voting and share their contest link.
  
  

• There is no limit to the number of votes a participant may receive or the number of supporters who may cast them.

4. Fundraising

• All voting proceeds directly support the Topeka Art Guild’s exhibitions, programs, and community art initiatives.
  
  

• Participants are encouraged to share their voting link and invite friends to support their sweater.
  

5. Award

Prizes will be awarded based on total votes received:

• 1st Place
  
  

• 2nd Place
  
  

• 3rd Place
  
  

Winners will be announced at the event on December 6 at 7:00 PM.
Participants must check in at the event to verify their vote totals.

6. Image & Promotion Permission

By entering the contest, participants grant the Topeka Art Guild permission to use their sweater photo and name for:

• Contest display & voting
  
  

• Event promotion
  
  

• Social media & website features
  No additional compensation will be provided.
  
  

7. Conduct

This is a fun and community-focused event.
Sweaters must remain appropriate for all ages.
The Topeka Art Guild reserves the right to remove entries that include:

• Hate symbols
  
  

• Offensive or discriminatory content
  
  

• Explicit or inappropriate imagery
  
  

8. Final Decisions

The Topeka Art Guild’s tallying and award decisions are final.
