A web site is truly a WEB. In many ways, that is good: information appears in many places, and everything is linked. But it can also be a bit confusing. A webmaster can only do what the Wild Apricot system allows her to do. After many months, I've come up with a system that makes sense to me, but it can be confusing to others.

Think of the website as an outline,  with pages at different levels. HOME page is level one. Classes are listed on the home pages, but there is not room for all of the details. So the next level is the links you see along the menu bar:

Level four is each individual class page.

The automated listing above means that I only have to put details in three places instead of four! (the three places are Home page, the class page, and the CALENDAR.)
